How to request deletion of account information and connected-service data associated with CodeSplash AI.

If you want CodeSplash AI to delete your personal data, email support@codesplash.ai from the email address associated with your account and include the subject line Data Deletion Request.
If you no longer have access to the original email address, include enough information for us to reasonably verify account ownership before we process the request.
When applicable, we will delete or de-identify:
We may retain limited records when necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or document prior transactions and license events.
Deletion of your CodeSplash AI data does not automatically delete data held by third-party providers you connected separately. You may need to revoke access or delete data directly with those providers as well.
CodeSplash Bookmarks for iOS: delete your account from Settings, Account, Delete Account. Confirming with your password removes your account, library, and session data immediately and signs you out. Backups rotate out within about seven days.
CodeSplash Gym has no account. Your records live on your device. Use Settings, Delete all workouts to clear training data, or delete the app to remove everything it stored. Copies you wrote to Apple Health or exported as files stay under your control.
CodeSplash Language has no in-app account deletion yet. Email support@codesplash.ai with the subject Data Deletion Request and we will delete your account, study history, and passkey credentials. Daily backups rotate out within 30 days.
CodeSplash Surgery stores no production data. Data from a hospital pilot is governed by that hospital's agreement and deleted on its instructions.
For the fastest cleanup, disconnect any connected third-party accounts inside the product before submitting your deletion request. You can also revoke app access directly from the provider account settings where supported.
We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. Complex requests, fraud checks, or legal retention requirements may extend processing time.
