CodeSplash AI may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, authentication, email delivery, and connected integrations. Those providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and policies.
This website uses PostHog for anonymous, cookieless product analytics — page views and interactions like download clicks. No accounts are created, inputs are masked, and your browser's Do Not Track setting is honored. Google Analytics is enabled by default unless you have opted out or your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. It measures page views and product interactions using analytics cookies; advertising signals and personalization remain disabled. Turn Google Analytics off or back on from the Analytics choices page, linked in the footer sitemap. This setting controls Google Analytics; PostHog operates separately. The desktop app's anonymous usage reporting can be turned off any time in Settings → General → Privacy.
If you connect external services such as GitHub, Google, Microsoft, social networks, or other APIs, we only use that access to provide the features you explicitly request.
Our optional portfolio newsletter is delivered through Buttondown. Delivery, open, link-click and archive-visit statistics help us understand newsletter activity; email-client privacy features can affect these measurements. Every issue includes an unsubscribe option. Private Bookmarks digests and owner marketing reports are delivered through Resend and never appear in the public newsletter archive. Bookmarks digests use saved descriptions or article excerpts and can be turned off in Bookmarks settings.
CodeSplash Gym for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch stores your training, nutrition, and habit records on your device. It has no CodeSplash account. Apple Health access is optional and controlled through iOS Health permissions. Barcode lookups send the scanned barcode to Open Food Facts. CodeSplash Bookmarks for iPhone and iPad uses the same account and API as the Bookmarks web app. Saved links, tags, notes, and reading state are stored on our servers so they sync across devices. CodeSplash Language at language.codesplash.ai is in private beta. Sign-in uses a passkey, a session cookie, and a single-use recovery code. Your study history is stored in a Neon Postgres database in the US East region and backed up daily to private storage for 30 days. Spoken audio is generated by Azure Speech from the app's own content. Nothing you type is sent to Azure. There are no analytics and no AI model at runtime. You can export your data from the backup export inside the app. To delete your account, email support@codesplash.ai.
CodeSplash Surgery holds protected health information under a Business Associate Agreement with the hospital that deploys it, on infrastructure the hospital controls. Staff accounts use hashed passwords, activity logs record IP address and browser, and implant barcode lookups send device identifiers only to the FDA AccessGUDID service.
